About National Title Insurance Company NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY is the oldest domestic title insurer in the State of Florida. In 1926, A.W. Hoover moved to Miami to open the National Title branch of New York Title and Mortgage Company, which was then the largest title insurer in the nation. In 1933, Hoover bought the branch, and formed the National Title family of companies. Today we remain family owned and operated, four generations strong. MEG RANDOL ENOS is Chief Executive Officer of National Title Insurance Company. Meg has been with NTIC full-time since 1997 and represents the fourth generation of the original founder. Meg has worked in several divisions of NTIC, including Title Search, Title Closing, and Agency Services. Since rising through the ranks to the level of senior management, Meg’s focus has changed to supervising and managing the corporate divisions and increasing efficiencies and accuracies, top-down. Moreover, Meg’s position allows her to now focus on broad strategic planning and business development. Meg received a B.S. from Washington & Lee University in 1996.WILLIAM RANDOL is President and General Counsel of National Title Insurance Company. Bill has been with NTIC full-time since 1970 and represents the third generation of the original founder. Well-known throughout the title industry, Bill has had a long history in the local and national title community. He has served as Director of the Florida Mortgage Bankers Association, President of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Miami, President of the Association of Title Agents, President of the Florida Land Title Association, and Chairman of the Florida Title Underwriters Bureau. Bill is a recipient of the Raymond O. Denham Award for Outstanding Service to the Title Industry and the Public. He also has been certified by courts of law as an expert witness on title-related matters. Bill received his J.D. from Stetson University in 1967 and his B.A. from the University of Virginia in 1964. JOHN GUMERSINDO SANCHEZ is Vice President and Manager of National Title Abstract Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of National Title Insurance Company. After studying at the University of Caguas, Puerto Rico and the University of Miami, John entered the title abstract and underwriting business in 1984, joining the National Title family in 1987. John has been with National Title continuously since that point, approaching his twentieth year of service with the company. John has worked in every capacity in National Title’s abstract department, rising through the ranks to its senior managerial and operating position. John is fluent in English and Spanish. LUZ MARY FIAT is Vice President of National Title Insurance Company, and heads the Closing Department. Luz Mary has been in the real estate area for over twenty (20) years, and with National Title continuously for over seven (7) years. Prior to that, Luz Mary worked as a senior real estate closer for certain South Florida attorney’s offices, addressing and resolving pre-closing and post-closing issues, as well as closing the transaction itself. Luz Mary received an A.A. in accounting from Miami-Dade Community College in 1990. Luz Mary is fluent in English and Spanish SOLOMON GENET is Vice President and Associate General Counsel of National Title Insurance Company. After graduating from law school, Sol worked as the judicial law clerk for the Honorable Robert Mark, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida and thereafter joined Kozyak Tropin & Throckmorton, P.A. as an attorney. Sol was also an adjunct professor at the University of Miami School of Law where he presently serves as a mentor in the University of Miami Minority Mentoring Program. In addition, Sol is active in Jewish Federation of both Miami-Dade and Broward counties, and is Vice Chairman of the Community Development Advisory Committee for the City of Miami Beach. Sol received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law magna cum laude in 1999 and his B.A. from Yeshiva University with honors in 1996. |
