Paperless Closer Help If you are unable to open documents in Paperless Closer, it may be caused by a File Download setting in Internet Explorer. To change the settings to see documents in Paperless Closer, do the following: |

| Click on Tools, then select Internet Options. | |

| Click on the second tab (Security), then click on the 'Custom Level' button located towards the bottom. |

| Scroll down until you get to the 'Download'
section. Click enable for 'Automatic
prompting for file downloads' and 'File download'. Click OK on all boxes, and try downloading docs again. |
