Paperless Closer Help

If you are unable to open documents in Paperless Closer, it may be caused by a File Download setting in Internet Explorer.  To change the settings to see documents in Paperless Closer, do the following:

 
  Click on Tools, then select Internet Options.
 
  Click on the second tab (Security),
then click on the 'Custom Level' button located towards the bottom.
 
  Scroll down until you get to the 'Download' section.  Click enable for 'Automatic prompting for file downloads' and 'File download'.  
Click OK on all boxes, and try downloading docs again.
