For verification of an agent's status, please contact National Title Insurance Company.  National Title Insurance Company has authorized title insurance agents [both attorneys and corporate title companies] throughout the State of Florida, and the other States in which National Title has a license to issue title insurance policies. While National Title has a number of agents who have been strong business partners for decades, from time to time, National Title's relationship with certain of its agents has been terminated. These terminations have been due to, among other things, general business issues, failure to properly communicate with National Title and failure to properly conduct a real estate closing. As such, prior to closing a transaction with a National Title agent where National Title is the underwriter, please confirm with National Title that the Underwriter/Agency relationship remains in place, and in full force and effect.
