<p class="headline">Title Services</p>
<p>National Title is the oldest domestic title insurer in the State of Florida.
Title insurance protects the home purchaser and the lender from responsibility
for any prior liens or judgments on the property being purchased. We provide
title services to property owners and financial institutions such as mortgage
companies, banks, and insurance companies.</p>
<p>We have our own Title Abstract department. This department conducts searches
on properties being purchased to ensure that there are not any existing
liens or judgments. Once a search is complete, we are then able to write
title insurance on the property.</p>
<p>Our in-house law firm, Hoover & Phillips, handles title examinations.
In addition to examining title searches, the firm offers legal advice that
our clients may need with regard to their real estate transactions.<br></p>
