Having “Title” to real estate is the evidence that you are the owner.  “Title Insurance” protects you from certain challenges by third parties to your interest in real property.  Specifically, Owner’s Title Insurance ensures marketable title to real property while Lender’s Title Insurance ensures a proper lien position.  Title insurance is written after a thorough search and examination of the real property title in question, and usually is in accordance with a purchase/sale or mortgage transaction. 

At National Title, through our agents, we provide title insurance to all those who need it, including lenders, borrowers and buyers of real property.  We provide these services for, among others, financial institutions, local governments and attorney and non-attorney title agencies. 

National Title is the oldest domestic title insurer in the State of Florida.  National Title has its own Title Abstract Department that permits us to provide the search and examination for insurance to be written.  Further, National Title has an in-house law firm, Hoover & Phillips, which handles all required legal services to aid our business partners with their needs.
